• No Corporate Red Tape: Dr. Larson owns & operates his practice and is looking for an associate to join him as the primary provider. You control the patient experience and the culture, without DSO bureaucracy.
• Flexibility to Build Your Brand: Shape your practice to reflect your values, from office atmosphere to patient care protocols.
• Immediate Patient Base: Start with an established patient flow in a prime location, avoiding the slow build typical of new practices.

Opportunity Details

• Daily Schedule: Full Time (3-5 days/week)! No Nights or Weekends
• Compensation: Secure with potential for significant growth
• Sign On Bonus & Retention Bonus: $10K paid on your first paycheck + another $10K at renewal
• Guaranteed Financial Security: Earn $1K/day for the first 90 days, then $750/day afterward
• Quarterly Bonus: 32 – 35+% of personal collections
• Path to Ownership: 10% profit dividends in year 1, increasing 2% annually for 5 years; by year 6, 20% equity ownership without upfront capital
