Familia Dental and Vivid Smiles are seeking a dentist or soon-to-be graduate to join a growing network of offices across multiple states. You will practice dentistry with purpose, enjoy 100% clinical autonomy, and receive operational support so you can focus on patient care and clinical excellence.

• DDS/DMD from an ADA/CDAC accredited dental school including prospective graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients.
• Develop and present treatment plans during patient consultations.

Summary Of Compensation

(Varies based on experience, location and other factors)

• Average earning potential: $250,000–$500,000+ (including new graduates)
• Daily minimum guarantees
• 30–35% of production, including X-rays (with potential location-based premiums)

• Maintain detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with company standards.
