Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from ADA/CDAC accredited dental school (or prospective graduate).
• Ability to provide high-quality, patient-centered dental care.
• Strong communication and treatment planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients.
• Develop and present treatment plans during patient consultations.
• Review treatment plans with patients and families and obtain informed consent.
• Deliver consistent, patient-centered care across all procedures.
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions using restorative techniques, extractions, and prosthetic solutions as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state dental board regulations.
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff.
• Maintain accurate medical and dental records in accordance with company standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that supports patient care and team success.

Summary Of Compensation

(Varies based on experience, location and other factors)

• Average earning potential: $250,000–$500,000+(including new graduates)
• Daily minimum guarantees
• 30–35% of production, including X-rays (with potential location-based premiums)
• Cash bonuses and long-term incentive opportunities
