Job summary

Archway Dental Partners in Windsor Locks, CT is seeking an experienced Full-Time General Dentist to join our team. We provide quality dental and personal care in a relaxed environment and emphasize patient comfort and trust.

You will perform a wide range of procedures, maintain records, and lead patient care with excellent diagnostic and restorative skills. A CT Dental License and Saturday work are required; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Must have CT Dental License.
• Saturdays required.
• Recent graduates and experienced providers welcome.
• Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
• Strong chair-side manner and patient service focus.

Responsibilities

• Excellent diagnostic skills and treatment plan appropriately.
• Skilled at completing basic and complex procedures including direct and indirect restorations.
• Excellent restorative, endo and cosmetic skills.
• Maintain proper patient treatment records.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to lead.
• Use a variety of modern dental instruments including hand tools, rotary instruments and digital radiographs.
• Excellent chair-side manner focused on educating patients and providing top-level customer service.
