General Dentist Opportunity — North Texas

The Opportunity

A well-established, single-doctor general dental practice in a small North Texas community is seeking a General Dentist to join and ultimately lead the practice, with a clear pathway to ownership available.

The practice is supported by an experienced, longstanding team and located in a free-standing office in the heart of its community, close to local schools.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday (closed Fridays), with flexibility to adjust hours to fit the incoming doctor and the community's needs.

With a strong team in place, the hired individual will have a support system that is ready to work together from day one! This includes a full time Registered Dental Hygienist, a Treatment Coordinator, and several Registered Dental Assistants.

Ideal Candidate

• Solid, well-rounded clinical skillset, including: Invisalign, Mid-level oral surgery, and Endodontics
• Strong leadership qualities and confidence guiding an established team
• Genuine interest in building toward long-term practice ownership

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

Doctors are paid on a sliding scale based on total production (not collections). All lab fees, supplies, and staff expenses are covered by the practice.
New Doctor Guarantee: $15,000/month for the first 3 months, or $13,000/month for the first 6 months.
