Join Shared Practices Group, an emerging Dental Service Organization (DSO) specializing in dentures, implants, and fixed full arch therapy. Our clinical offerings include:

• Full arch fixed rehabilitation (All-On-X)
• Implant Overdentures
• Single Implant placement and restoration
• Bone and soft-tissue grafting

Our model features in-house lab technicians, restorative workflows driven by dental assistants, and a predominantly surgical procedure mix for partner dentists. Compensation includes a $200k annualized salary for the first 6 months, based on production, with an opportunity to earn equity in the master-level DSO (no buy-in required).

COMPENSATION: First 6 months - $200,000 base salary or 25% of adjusted production. After 6 months - 25% of adjusted production with no lab fees.
