Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Active state dental license, CPR certification, and DEA license (or in process of obtaining)
• Controlled substance license (if required by the state)

Compensation

Earn over $200,000 per year
