Responsibilities

Position Type: Full-Time | Associate General Dentist – Bi-Lingual in Spanish

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | No Weekends

Compensation: 35% of Collections + $800 Daily Guarantee

• Monday: 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM (often ending at 3:00 PM)
• Thursday: 10:00 AM — 6:00 PM
• Friday — Sunday: Off

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, productive, and bilingual (Spanish/English) General Dentist to join our established private practice in Ventnor City, New Jersey. This is not part of a DSO with lots of clinical autonomy. The practice is only in-network with 5 PPO’s and is out of network with all other insurance plans.

Minimum Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active New Jersey dental license in good standing or ability to obtain

• Comfortable providing bread-and-butter general dentistry independently
• Ability to manage a productive clinical schedule while maintaining excellent patient care
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered dentistry

Preferred Clinical Experience:

• Experience performing endodontic procedures, particularly anterior and premolar root canals
• Comfort treating molars other than maxillary molars is a plus
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Prior experience in a productive general dentistry environment
