Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience preferred.
• Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment).
• CPR, DEA, NPI certifications required or encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry services to patients.
• Maintain high standard of patient care and safety.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists to coordinate care.
