Smile Brands Inc. Northern California is seeking a full-time Traveling Dentist to provide coverage across seven Bright Now Dental locations from Stockton to Modesto. The role is based in Stockton when not traveling.

You will deliver comprehensive care, build relationships with patients and staff, and stay current with advances in dentistry. The position includes a daily base compensation and a gas stipend to offset travel costs.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Controlled Substance License, if required by the state.

Overview

Northern California Traveling Dentist Opportunity

Bright Now Dental is seeking a full-time Traveling Dentist to provide coverage across seven offices located between Stockton and Modesto, California.

The position will be based out of the Bright Now Dental Stockton office when not assigned to one of the other six locations. The Traveling Dentist will provide coverage based on the clinical needs and provider schedules of each office.

This opportunity is open to both experienced and newly graduated dentists who are interested in a dynamic, multi-office practice environment.

Position Highlights

• Travel between offices from Stockton to Modesto

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care while practicing at the top of your license.
• Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose oral health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate treatment recommendations and help patients understand their options.
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients and their families.
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants and other providers to deliver coordinated care.
• Lead and empower your clinical team through effective communication, delegation and daily team huddles.
• Stay current with advances in dentistry, technology and evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Maintain the highest standards of clinical ethics, patient safety, confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
