Qualifications
- Licensed dentist with Nitrous Oxide Certification.
- General Practice Residency completed or equivalent.
- 2+ years of professional dentistry experience.
- Experience in cosmetic, implant, or advanced digital dentistry is valued.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the surgical team and administrative staff to coordinate patient flow and maximize efficiency.
- Interpret dental X-rays and other diagnostic tests.
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns, and dentures.
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology (CBCT, intraoral scanners, digital workflows).

- An experienced general dentist with a strong restorative foundation
- Highly technical, detail-oriented, and meticulous
- Confident diagnosing and treatment planning comprehensive cases
- Comfortable managing complex restorative dentistry
- Committed to excellent clinical outcomes rather than simply producing dentistry
- Motivated to continue developing their skills
- Excellent at communicating with patients and earning their trust
- Dependable, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of their decisions
- Interested in building a long-term patient base rather than simply working a schedule
- Collaborative enough to know when a case should involve another clinician or specialist
- Experience in cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, clear aligner therapy, digital dentistry, comprehensive rehabilitation, or other advanced procedures is highly valued
- $100 - $200 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from advanced treatments, including dental implants, orthodontic procedures, and cosmetic dentistry services.
If working 8 hours/day, 5 days/week: we pay 35% of collections at the end of every month and guarantee a minimum on $800 a day
