Job summary

Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a dentist in Saint Louis Park, MN to provide autonomous, high‑quality patient care within a trusted network.

You’ll lead clinical relationships, perform exams, and communicate treatment plans while collaborating with mentors and a strong team. Sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school required.
• Active state dental license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• DEA license or in the process of obtaining it.
• Controlled Substance License if state requires it.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose and conduct team huddles to align daily goals.
• Practice at the top of your license with full support and autonomy.
• Build patient relationships, perform exams, and tailor treatment plans.
• Empower your team through effective delegation to maximize efficiency.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards and protect patient confidentiality.

Schedule (days/hours)

M‑Th 7‑4 EO / Friday 8‑12

Responsibilities

• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining)
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Compensation

Earn over $200,000 per year.
