Job summary

School Smiles On-Site Dental in Rolla, MO is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join a team serving local schools. Work Mon-Fri, typically 7:00am–3:00pm, within a 2-hour travel radius.

The role offers portable services to children, with supplies and staff provided and a competitive production-based pay structure. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, generous PTO, holidays, flex spending, and an HSA.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Dental License required.
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers required.
• Medicaid certification or willingness to become certified required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screenings.
• Conduct comprehensive oral exams.
• Establish treatment plans.
• Perform fluoride treatments.
• Apply sealants.
• Provide prophylaxis (prophys).
• Perform fillings.
• Perform simple extractions.

Full-Time Dentist Job Opportunity Description:

School Smiles On-Site Dental is currently seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join our growing team! This position is Monday-Friday only (approx. 7:00am-3:00pm) based out of the Rolla, MO (2-hr. travel radius) area and is a rewarding opportunity providing portable dental services to children at local schools. All supplies, equipment, and support staff are provided. This opportunity would be a great fit for a Dentist interested in a low stress opportunity in a non-private practice setting.

• Compensation of 32% of billed production for days working in schools - daily average earned $1,500+
• Travel reimbursement with no weekend or evening hours
• Full benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, generous paid time off, paid holidays, flex spending, and a health savings account
• An active Missouri Dental License and current CPR for Healthcare Providers are required for this opportunity; malpractice is provided by MAH
