Job summary

Mid-America Health Inc's School Smiles On-Site Dental in Louisville, KY is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to provide portable dental services to children at local schools. Hours Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

The role requires Kentucky dental license and Medicaid certification, travel within a 2-hour radius, and a 32% production-based compensation on school days. This is a rewarding, low-stress practice setting outside private clinics.

Full-Time Dentist Job Opportunity Description:

School Smiles On-Site Dental is currently seeking a Full Time General Dentist to join our growing KY team! This General Dentist position is scheduled Monday through Friday only. The hours are approx. 7:00am to 3:00pm. This full-time position is based out of the Louisville, KY area and is a rewarding opportunity providing portable dental services to children at local schools. All supplies, equipment, and support staff are provided. This opportunity would be a great fit for a Dentist interested in a low stress opportunity in a non-private practice setting. This general dentist opportunity offers full benefits and a $10,000 Sign-On-Bonus. Part-time position also available if interested!

• Compensation of 32% of billed production for days working in schools
• Travel reimbursement with no weekend or evening hours

• An active Kentucky Dental License and current CPR for Healthcare Providers are required for this opportunity; malpractice is provided by MAH
