Job description

We are an emerging multi-specialty dental group, led by an oral surgeon, in PA and we are looking for an experienced general dentist for our practice.

Practice Location: A+ Family Dental Care (24 S 14th St, Quakertown, PA 18951)

Our practice is well-established with consistent patient flow and you will have complete support to practice dentistry the way you desire. We work with the latest tech in dentistry including Co2 laser, CBCT, IO scanners, digital x-rays, cloud based practice management software.

Work authorization/visa sponsorship can be done by the employer.

You will have an opportunity to earn high compensation based on percentage (up to 40% of collections) or up to $800 per diem and will maintain complete clinical autonomy.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide dental care to patients in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Perform diagnostic and preventative dentistry, including cleanings, polishing, fluoride treatment, sealants, X-rays, and other diagnostic and preventative procedures.
  3. Perform cosmetic/restorative dental procedures, including veneers, crowns, bridges, inlays, and dentures.
  4. Develop treatment plans for patients.
  5. Maintain and accurately update patient records.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, co-workers, and other members of the dental team.
Qualifications Required:
  1. DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  2. Active PA dental license.
  3. Excellent treatment presentation skills.
