Dental Dreams is actively recruiting a Full-Time General Dentist for our Virginia Beach practice, offering strong earning potential, an established patient base, clinical autonomy, and a modern, fully digital office with dedicated clinical support.

We welcome experienced dentists as well as 2026 & 2027 graduates planning ahead, with a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 and a generous salary range of $290,000–$350,000 annually.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental program is required.
• Virginia licensure eligibility or future eligibility is required.
• 2027 graduates are encouraged to connect early.

Responsibilities

• Complete autonomy over treatment planning.
• Estab lished patient base and consistent patient flow.
• Perform a wide range of procedures based on clinical skill set.

COMPENSATION

Permanent daily minimum guarantee

Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus

Average full-time compensation: $300,000-$350,000+
