Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian General Dentist to provide services onsite at locations within the Orlando VA HEALTHCARE SYSTEM. The primary site will be at Lake Nona Medical Center, in Orlando Florida.

The position is full-time and involves travel to outpatient clinics within the Orlando VA system as needed. You will work with a supportive team of hygienists and dental assistants to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an ADA-accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the US.
• US citizenship.
• Active BLS through the AHA.
• Willingness to travel to outpatient VA clinics in the Orlando area.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry services onsite at locations within the Orlando VA Healthcare System.
• Collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants to deliver patient care.
• Travel to outpatient clinics within the Orlando VA system when coverage is needed.

• Monday thru Friday 8:00 a to 4:30 p

Position Requirements

• Doctorate in dentistry from an accredited program approved by the Council on Dental Education of the ADA
• Possess a current, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in any one of the fifty States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
• US citizenship
• Active BLS thru the AHA
• Open to travel to outpatient clinics within the Orlando VA Healthcare system when coverage is needed (Viera VA Clinic, Daytona Beach, and Lake Baldwin)
