A leading multi-specialty dental practice is seeking a full-time General Dentist for its locations in Norwalk, New Haven, Waterbury, and Bristol, CT. This role offers an annual salary of $235,000 or 40% of collections, with comprehensive benefits including malpractice coverage, 401k, and paid continuing education. The ideal candidate will be an experienced dentist familiar with all scopes of general dentistry and able to provide care for diverse patient needs.
Columbia Dental, a multi-specialty dental practice, is seeking a full-time General Dentist for its Norwalk, New Haven, Waterbury and Bristol CT Location. Must be familiar with all scopes of general dentistry. This position is for experienced and well-diverse dentists. Pay for Full-Time- $235,000 Base per year or 40% of Collection, whichever is higher. Benefits include malpractice coverage, 401k, medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD and continuing education. Opportunity to earn well above the industry standards. Relocation Fee and Sign-On Bonus maybe negotiated for qualified candidates.
General Duties & Responsibilities are not limited to the following:
a. Reviews medical history at every visit.
b. Examines and assesses patient. Charts all pathologic conditions and reports these to the patient.
c. Holds informed consent discussion with patient, documents same in the record, and assures appropriate forms are signed prior to initiating treatment.
d. Documents all treatment provided in accordance with COLUMBIA DENTAL policy and procedures and signs the patient record.
