Messenger Digital Dentistry in North Adams, MA seeks a full-time General Dentist who shares a patient-first philosophy and a commitment to top-tier digital dentistry. You will diagnose, treat, and grow into cosmetic and implant procedures with hands-on mentorship in a high-tech, fully digital setting.

The schedule runs Monday–Friday with strong patient flow, in-house CAD/CAM and CBCT, and a supportive team offering professional development and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active (or license-eligible) Massachusetts dental license.
• 2 years or more in the field actively practicing dentistry.
• A genuine, patient-first approach to care.
• Solid clinical fundamentals and confident treatment planning.
• A team player who’s humble, kind, and eager to keep learning and growing.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat general dentistry needs, from preventive care to restorative dentistry, with opportunity to grow into cosmetic, implant, and other advanced procedures through hands-on mentorship.
• Get comfortable with same-day crowns and restorations using in-house CAD/CAM and lab capabilities; training provided.
• Build lasting relationships with a loyal, established patient base.
• Educate patients on their oral health and treatment options with honesty and heart.
• Learn and use the practice’s digital workflow; CBCT imaging, digital X-ray, intraoral cameras, and more.
• Collaborate closely with a skilled clinical and administrative team.
• Uphold the patient-first standard this practice is known for.

Messenger Digital Dentistry is a high-tech, fully digital general practice tucked into the mountains of North Adams, Massachusetts. This job description reflects the primary duties and expectations of the General Dentist role and is not an exhaustive list. Responsibilities may be adjusted based on practice size, volume, and leadership direction.

COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL

• Negotiable daily guarantee or 30% of collections, whichever is greater, for the first 3 months
• After 3 months, compensation moves to 30% of collections up to $50,000.00 in monthly collections, and 35% of collections on anything above $50,000.00 in monthly collections

This structure supports strong, real earning potential from day one.
