Requirements

• DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in Oklahoma
• Clinical knowledge for comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment
• Desire for continuous learning and skill growth
• Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans

Additional Qualifications

• Possess a DDS/DMD degree and an active license in Tennessee
• Commitment to patient-centered care and trust-building
• Willingness to become credentialed with insurance plans

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations
• Prolonged sitting and standing, lifting up to 45 pounds
• Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training
• TB testing as part of health and safety protocols (not applicable in FL & TN)
