Job summary

Ideal Dental in New Braunfels, TX seeks a Solo General Dentist to join a culture where patient smiles matter. Production-based compensation can reach up to $250,000+ per year, with a guaranteed component.

The practice sees 45-60 new patients monthly and has strong staff support, including a full-time hygienist. You will deliver broad general and cosmetic dentistry, including crowns, bridges, molar endo, Invisalign, and implants, while benefiting from owner opportunities and ongoing mentorship

Qualifications

• Clinical autonomy in general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry.
• Experience delivering fee-for-service and PPO care.
• Familiarity with Invisalign and implants is preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements:

• Establishing and growing long-term guest and team relations
• Providing mostly fee-for-service and PPO guests with a wide range of general and cosmetic dentistry, including crowns, bridges, molar endo, and Invisalign
• Pursuing lifelong clinical learning and education with a collaborative group of doctors
• Assuming the quality of care for guests while adhering to the highest standard of dental practice ethics and professionalism
