Job summary

Chatman Dental Care LLC in Locust Grove, GA is seeking a passionate General Dentist to work 3-4 days per week with one Saturday per month (830am-245pm). The role offers a base daily draw or 32% of net production, whichever is higher, in a patient-centered practice.

The successful candidate will perform exams and provide a full range of general dentistry services while maintaining chart accuracy and delivering patient education. Active GA license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Georgia dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience in general dentistry; new graduates welcome.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients of all ages.
• Provide a full range of general dentistry services including fillings, extractions, crowns, and preventive care.
• Deliver patient education on oral hygiene, treatment options, and post-procedure care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff for seamless patient experiences.
• Stay current with dental techniques, technologies, and continuing education requirements.
• Uphold infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA compliance standards.

• Provide a full range of general dentistry services including fillings, extractions, crowns, and preventive care
• Deliver patient education on oral hygiene, treatment options, and post-procedure care

Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
• Active Georgia dental license or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience in general dentistry; new graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in restorative, preventive, and basic oral surgery procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented dental practice
• Current CPR/BLS certification
