Job summary

Mid America Health is seeking a Part-Time General Dentist to join our Indiana team in Lafayette, IN. The position works 2 days per week (Mon-Fri, approx 7:00am-3:00pm) delivering portable dental services to schoolchildren; all supplies, equipment and staff are provided.

The role offers 32% of billed production on school clinic days with a daily average around $1,500+, travel reimbursement, and a 401k. Indiana license and CPR are required; malpractice is provided by MAH; Medicaid certification is

Qualifications

• Active Indiana Dental License required.
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers required.
• Must be Medicaid certified or willing to become certified.
• Willingness to travel within a 2-hour radius.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services in school clinic setting.
• Perform initial screenings and comprehensive oral exams.
• Establish treatment plans and carry out procedures: extractions, fillings, stainless steel crowns, fluoride, sealants, and prophys.

Part-Time General Dentist Job Opportunity Description:

Mid America Health is currently seeking a Part-Time General Dentist to join our growing Indiana team! This part time dentist position is 2 days per week (Monday-Friday only; approx. 7:00am-3:00pm) based out of the Lafayette, IN area. This dentist position is a rewarding opportunity providing portable dental services to children at local schools All supplies, equipment and support staff are provided. This opportunity would be a great fit for a Dentist interested in a low stress opportunity in a non-private practice setting.

• Compensation of 32% of billed production for school clinic days - daily average earned $1,500+
