Are you tired of performing routine hygiene checks and basic fillings all day? Do you want to dedicate your entire clinical day to delivering life-changing dentistry? Join Shared Practices Group, an emerging DSO specializing exclusively in dentures, implants, and fixed full arch therapy. We offer high income potential and earned equity (no debt!).

Our clinical offerings include:

• Full arch fixed rehabilitation (All-On-X)
• Single implant placement and restoration
• Bone and soft-tissue grafting

Our model features in-house lab technicians, restorative workflows driven by dental assistants, and a predominantly surgical procedure mix for partner dentists. We offer a $200k annualized salary for the first 6 months, with a transition to production-based compensation, along with earned (no buy-in) master-level DSO equity opportunities.

Compensation: First 6 months - $200k base salary/month or 25% of adjusted production; after 6 months - 25% of adjusted production with no lab fees.
