Job summary

Castle Dental - Champions, supported by Smile Brands, seeks a DDS/DMD dentist to lead patient care with clinical autonomy within a collaborative network. You’ll build relationships, perform thorough exams, and tailor treatment plans to each patient’s needs.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process).
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state).
• Legally authorized to work in the US; sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

• Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team – delegate effectively to maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Schedule (days/hours)

Tuesday - Friday 8AM-5PM

$200,000 - $400,000 per year
