The ideal candidate holds a CT Dental License, is comfortable with Saturdays, and can lead with confidence in a patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• CT licensed dentist with strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
• Proficient in basic and complex restorative and cosmetic procedures.
• Excellent chairside manner and patient communication; able to lead in a team.
• Experience with digital radiographs and rotary instruments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with patients.
• Perform restorative, endodontic, and cosmetic procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up care.

Job Description

• Excellent diagnostic skills and treatment plan appropriately
• Skilled at completing basic and complex procedures including direct and indirect restorations.
• Excellent restorative, endo and cosmetic skills
• Maintain proper patient treatment records
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to lead
• Use a variety of modern dental instruments including hand tools, rotary instruments and digital radiographs
• Excellent chair-side manner focused on educating patients and providing top-level customer service
