Job description

We are currently seeking a Dentist at our location in Floodwood, MN to provide quality care in our communities. This position will become part of a general dental practice, providing care in all areas of dentistry for patients of all ages according to their comfort level and expertise. The Family Dentist will collaborate with excellent dental specialists in the region for patients who need to be referred for care. Clinic schedules and patient appointments are focused on quality, creating a rewarding practice. We are accepting applications for full-time, part-time, and casual positions.

VisDental is our fully implemented Electronic Dental Record (EDR). This system communicates with our medical clinics, providing you with relevant medical conditions and prescriptions of your patients. All necessary dental and EDR training will be personalized to your individual needs.

Schedule:
  1. Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5:30pm
  2. 36 hours of patient care, 4 hours of administrative time
  3. Flexible schedule options for part-time and casual positions
  4. Autonomy over your schedule with flexibility for adjustments based on your needs
  5. Average volume of 12-16 scheduled patients per day, plus hygiene exams
  6. Schedule flexibility based on experience
*Full-time Benefits Package:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
  • Current or eligible for MN license
  • Current or ability to acquire Nitrous Certification
  • At least one year of experience as a Dentist preferred
