Job summary

i4 Dental Lab in Eugene, Oregon seeks a full-time General Dentist with full clinical autonomy. Our team handles administration while you focus on patient care, with a compensation range of $200,000–$300,000+ per year and a robust benefits package.

You will evaluate patients, diagnose diseases, develop and execute treatment plans, perform restorative and basic surgical procedures, counsel on prevention, and collaborate with our hygienists and office staff.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from CODA-accredited program is required.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon license or eligibility to obtain.
• BLS/CPR certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough oral health evaluations and diagnose dental diseases.
• Analyze digital radiographs and design comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide restorative treatments (fillings, crowns, bridges) and basic root canal therapy.
• Perform routine oral surgery and safe extractions.
• Counsel patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and office staff to deliver seamless care.

We are seeking a talented full-time General Dentist to join our established practice in vibrant Eugene, Oregon. This position provides complete clinical autonomy so you can deliver exceptional patient care while our dedicated business team handles administrative tasks. We offer a highly rewarding compensation plan ranging from $200,000 to $300,000+ per year, complete with an excellent benefits package including health insurance, continuing education allowances, and a 401(k) program.

What you will do

• Conduct thorough oral health evaluations, diagnose dental diseases, and analyze digital radiographs.
• Design and execute tailored, comprehensive treatment plans for all patients.
• Provide top-tier restorative treatments, including composite fillings, crowns, bridges, and root canals.
• Execute routine oral surgery procedures, safe extractions, and preventative therapies.
• Counsel patients on proper oral hygiene habits and proactive preventative care.
• Partner and collaborate seamlessly with our supportive team of hygienists, assistants, and office staff.

What we are looking for

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from a CODA-accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Oregon (or eligibility to obtain it).
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and a compassionate chairside manner.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative clinical setting.
