Job summary

Bright Now Dental in Escondido, CA is seeking a Comprehensive Care Dentist to join a full-time practice Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with competitive pay and robust benefits. Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school and active state licensure.
• Current CPR certification and valid DEA license or in progress.

• Lead daily team huddles to align on the day’s objectives.
• Provide comprehensive dental care with autonomy and strong support.
• Build patient relationships, perform thorough exams and tailor treatment plans.

Bright Now Dental, Escondido, CA, is looking for a motivated, patient-focused Comprehensive Care Dentist to join our established practice Monday through Friday. Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities

• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining )
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Compensation

$800-$1000
