This role offers a lucrative compensation package ranging from $150,000 to $350,000 per year, with a guaranteed daily rate or production-based earnings, plus visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Valid State Dental License.
• Proven experience in general dentistry.
• Active DEA License.
• Current CPR and AED Certifications.
• Proficiency in medical documentation and dental software.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including restorative, endodontic, and oral surgery treatments.
• Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and develop personalized treatment plans for a diverse patient base.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with our orthodontics team and highly trained support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Educate patients on preventative care and long-term oral health strategies.
• Adhere to all safety, sterilization, and infection control protocols.

Pay

• $150,000 - $350,000 per year
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
• Compensation structure: A minimum daily guarantee or 30% of adjusted production, whichever is higher.

• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday & Sunday: Closed

Requirements
