We are seeking a motivated General Dentist to join our privately owned practice in North Conway, New Hampshire. You will practice across two well-established locations with modern technology in a fee-for-service environment, enjoying clinical autonomy and strong patient relationships.

This full-time role offers a $800 daily guarantee for the first 90 days, plus 35% of collections and a 2% bonus on production over $1M.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday. Split schedule between two nearby office locations.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, privately owned practice in North Conway, New Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values clinical autonomy, strong patient relationships, and the ability to practice comprehensive dentistry in a collaborative, fee-for-service environment.

You will work across two well-established locations with strong patient bases, supported by an experienced team and modern technology. This role is ideal for a provider who is open to coaching, values consistency in patient care, and is looking for a long-term opportunity within a relationship-driven practice.
