Overview

Impressive Earnings Potential

The previous provider daily production was $4-$6k a day while working Monday through Friday—no weekends required!

At Bright Now Dental Clovis, you'll have an impact on our mission of Smiles For Everyone by helping patients achieve their best oral health. You'll provide exceptional patient care in a collaborative, supportive environment.

• Successful PPO, FFS, and HMO office
• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy seeing an average of 15-20 patients per day in a single-provider setting.
• Comprehensive Care Opportunities: We’re looking for a dentist who can perform a mix of services beyond standard care, including endodontics, simple and surgical extractions, and implant restorations. A willingness to learn implant placement is a plus!
• Attractive Compensation Package:
• $30,000 Signing Bonus
• Guaranteed $800-$1,000 per day (based on clinical skills)
• Competitive commission starting at 30% or higher of production
• Potential for partnership/ownership

Schedule (days/hours)

M-F 8am -5pm
Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance to promote long-term oral health.
• Lead your team, dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff members to ensure smooth patient care and treatment coordination.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, procedures performed, and patient progress.
• Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, attend seminars, and pursue ongoing education to provide the latest and best treatments.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license (or in the process of obtaining).

Compensation

$65000-$68000 / YR
