W3Global in Chicago, IL seeks a skilled, patient-focused Dentist to join our growing dental clinic within an FQHC Look-Alike. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide accessible, affordable dental care in a team-based environment dedicated to health and well-being.

You will diagnose oral diseases, perform exams, fillings, crowns, root canals, and cosmetic procedures, administer anesthesia, interpret X-rays, educate patients, and collaborate with hygienists and staff while

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active and unrestricted Illinois state dental license.
• Malpractice insurance or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience with the pediatric population required.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical and treatment-planning skills.
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities.
• 3+ years of clinical experience.
• Experience with cosmetic or implant dentistry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose oral diseases and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform dental procedures including exams, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canals, and cosmetic procedures.
• Administer anesthesia and perform pain management.
• Interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, HIPAA, OSHA, and state dental board regulations.
• All other duties assigned.
