Job summary

Bright Now! Dental in Bellingham, WA, is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join a collaborative team with strong patient demand and daily guaranteed compensation.

You will have clinical autonomy, modern technology, and mentorship from an experienced team to grow your practice. Compensation highlights include a daily guarantee or production-based pay, a robust patient flow, and complimentary CE opportunities in implants, endodontics, and clear aligners.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process).
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state).
• Legally authorized to work in the US; sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose - kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team - delegate effectively to maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and patient confidentiality.
