Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a dentist to join Bright Now! Dental in Surprise, AZ.

The position offers strong compensation with a daily guarantee or production percentage, a four-day work week, and full support from operations, training, marketing, and compliance teams. You will manage patient relationships, perform exams, and develop individualized treatment plans within a collaborative clinical community that emphasizes mentorship and professional growth.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining)
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose by kicking off each morning with a team huddle to align the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams, and communicate tailored treatment plans.
• Empower your team by delegating to maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, follow regulatory guidelines, and protect patient confidentiality.
