Willamette Dental Group in Bellingham is seeking a General Dentist to deliver full-scope dentistry in a patient-centered practice. The role requires licensure in the state and a DMD/DDS (or BDS) with a traditional pre-doctoral program completed.

The position is full-time with 4–10 hour shifts, offering a competitive salary range of $175,000 to $195,000 USD plus incentive pay, comprehensive benefits, and retirement plan participation.

**Position Summary**The General Dentist supports Willamette Dental's evidence based treatment philosophy, mission, vision and core values by performing the full scope of general dentistry permitted by state.**Education and Experience**Degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), and/or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). Successful completion of a traditional pre doctoral dentistry program and valid licensure in the specific state(s) where practicing.**Licenses, Certifications and Registrations*** Degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).**Knowledge of:*** Evidence based dental practices.* AxiUm electronic records* Fulfill all requirements to ensure proper electronic documentation for all care provided to patients.* CAMBRA and PEMBRA, with an emphasis on prevention.* Risk phases, and risk assessment.* Diagnostic terms.* Information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat and oral cavity anomalies.* Principles and processes for providing customer and optimal patient experience. Employees in part-time roles working less than 40 hours per week will accrue PTO on a pro-rated basis.**Physical Requirements**The work is primarily performed while sitting and/or standing, but will require occasional walking, bending, stooping and carrying light items such as papers, books, or other supplies.
