Job summary

Dental Arts of Avon is seeking an experienced Full-Time General Dentist to join our team in a welcoming, patient-first practice. You will diagnose, plan treatments, and perform restorative, endodontic, and cosmetic procedures with today’s tools and digital radiographs.

CT license is required and Saturdays are a must. Recent graduates are welcome, and we pride ourselves on excellent patient service and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold CT Dental License and be able to work Saturdays.
• Recent graduates welcome to apply.
• Proven ability to provide comprehensive dental care.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic assessments and create treatment plans.
• Complete basic and complex procedures including restorative work.
• Deliver excellent restorative, endodontic and cosmetic dentistry.
• Maintain accurate patient treatment records.
• Demonstrate strong communication and leadership with patients.

Job Description

• Excellent diagnostic skills and treatment plan appropriately
• Skilled at completing basic and complex procedures including direct and indirect restorations.
• Excellent restorative, endo and cosmetic skills
• Maintain proper patient treatment records
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to lead
• Use a variety of modern dental instruments including hand tools, rotary instruments and digital radiographs
• Excellent chair-side manner focused on educating patients and providing top-level customer service
