Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is seeking a licensed General Dentist to join our pediatric and special needs patient care teams. You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and assistants in a fast-paced ASC environment.

You will perform restorative procedures, exodontia, and prep for procedures, with a focus on safety and quality. A strong work ethic, team orientation, and pediatric experience are essential; BLS and PALS certifications are required or obtainable within

Qualifications

• Licensed General Dentist (GP) with a passion for pediatric care.
• Demonstrated ability to work with pediatric patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Current BLS certification; PALS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the surgical team to provide safe, efficient quality care for each patient.
• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients in a typical OR day.
• Perform restorative procedures and exodontia with emphasis on posterior SSCs and anterior esthetic SSCs.

About You

You are a licensed General Dentist (GP) with a passion for providing excellent care to your patients. You have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You work well with the other members of your surgical team, and you desire to contribute to a strong culture where the entire team works together for the good of each patient.

YOU WILL

• Partner with the surgical team to provide safe, efficient quality care for each patient
• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients in a typical OR day
• Perform various restorative care primarily focusing on posterior stainless-steel crowns (SSCs), anterior esthetic (veneered) SSCs, pulpotomies, and exodontia

YOU HAVE

• Current state dental license
• Significant experience working with pediatric patients
• Current BLS certification
• Current PALS certification, or can acquire within 6 months of start date

Preferred

• Advanced dentistry training (AEGD or GPR)
• Familiarity with American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry policies and best practices
