Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is expanding its team of General Dentists to provide high‑quality pediatric surgical care. The role emphasizes working within a close‑knit team of Dentists, Anesthesiologists, RNs and Dental Assistants to deliver safe, efficient care in a pediatric ASC setting.

Ideal candidates are licensed General Dentists with a passion for pediatric patients, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree required.
• Current state dental license in Florida (or eligible).
• BLS certification current; PALS certification within 6 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the surgical team to provide safe, efficient quality care for each patient.
• Treat pediatric patients in an OR setting; expect ~7 cases per day.
• Perform restorative care focusing on SSCs, pulpotomies, and exodontia in pediatric patients.

About You

You are a licensed General Dentist (GP) with a passion for providing excellent care to your patients. You have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, and you enjoy working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. You work well with the other members of your surgical team, and you desire to contribute to a strong culture where the entire team works together for the good of each patient.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the surgical team to provide safe, efficient quality care for each patient
• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients in a typical OR day
• Perform various restorative care primarily focusing on posterior stainless‑steel crowns (SSCs), anterior esthetic (veneered) SSCs, pulpotomies, and exodontia

Requirements & Qualifications

• Current state dental license
• Significant experience working with pediatric patients
• Current BLS certification
• Current PALS certification, or can acquire within 6 months of start date

Preferred

• Advanced dentistry training (AEGD or GPR)
• Familiarity with American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry policies and best practices
