Summary:

The Strand Dental Clinic is seeking a General Dental Practitioner to commence employment in the Cayman Islands in mid-2025.

Background:

The Strand Dental Clinic is a 2-chair clinic in Grand Cayman that has operated in the Strand Shopping Centre for over 20 years. We are actively seeking a motivated professional, who invests their time in their patient's treatment and who will develop an enduring relationship with each of them.

Package:

• Commission based earning, likely generating $200,000-300,000+ KYD in tax-free personal income annually.
• Minimum base salary of $84,000 KYD ($7000 monthly), tax free.
• 20 days paid vacation, as well as an additional ~12 (paid) public holidays annually.
• 50% of healthcare costs covered by employer, 50% by employee.
• Employer contributes 5% of base annual salary to a pension scheme.
