Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in general maintenance, including repairs or service of commercial kitchen equipment, beverage equipment, and/or underground fuel systems.
• Mechanical aptitude including a basic knowledge of electronic equipment, electrical schematics, carpentry/tile repair, plumbing, and painting.
• Ability to install, repair, and maintain basic equipment.
• Ability to maintain grounds and facilities associated with any QuikTrip location.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving history

Job Summary

As a General Craftsman Technician, you will be tasked with maintaining and repairing a diverse range of equipment in our stores, such as commercial kitchen equipment, restrooms, fuel pumps, and roller grills. Each day will bring a variety of tasks, from carpentry and low voltage electrical work to plumbing and general maintenance. As our mid-level multi-trade skilled technician, you will also be responsible for handling higher priority calls and ensuring critical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
