Job summary

re:fab is onboarding finish carpenters for a new commercial project in Shelburne, VT. The subcontractor role covers windows, doors, trim, cabinets, and related remodeling tasks across residential and commercial scopes.

You will read blueprints, coordinate with estimating and operations, and ensure quality workmanship while following codes and safety procedures. Independent work and teamwork are both essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional finish carpentry experience.
• Residential framing & remodeling experience required.
• Able to read blueprints, shop drawings, and plans.
• Knowledge of commercial construction practices.
• Own tools and a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Workers’ Comp & General Liability Insurance.
• Auto & disability insurance coverage.
• OSHA 10 is required.

Responsibilities

• Install windows, doors, trim, cabinets, molding, partitions, etc.
• Perform commercial and residential remodel tasks.

What You’ll Do
