Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking experienced window and door installation subcontractors in the United States. Contractors must lead a crew of at least two and demonstrate a proven track record of high-quality workmanship.

A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass background checks are required. Ideal candidates have a minimum of two years in window installation/remodeling and can manage time and processes while staying self-motivated.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of window installation/remodeling experience.
• Minimum 2-person work crew.
• Proven track record of superior workmanship.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Availability to work from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. when homeowners are available.
• Self-motivation and results orientation.
• Ability to manage time and work processes; work independently.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Provide references of past work.
• Ownership of own truck and tools; ability to haul a trailer.
• Possess or obtain Certified Lead Renovator Certificate.
• Provide General Liability insurance meeting NYS standards.
• Provide Automobile Liability insurance meeting NYS standards.
• Worker’s Compensation – statutory.
• DOT registration and numbers

Requirements

• Scheduled availability to work when homeowners are available (between 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.)

• Time and work process management skills, ability to work independently

• Ownership of own truck and tools; ability to haul a trailer
• Possess or have the ability to obtain a Certified Lead Renovator Certificate
• Provide certificate insurance: General Liability (in accordance with N.Y.S. requirement standards)
