Job summary

Charah Solutions Inc. is seeking a construction site laborer to perform general labor duties under site leadership. Responsibilities include spotting trucks, using hand tools, installing silt fence, sweeping trailers, and maintaining a clean work area.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Prior construction experience and knowledge of equipment are preferred; a high school diploma or

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties such as spotting trucks, using hand tools (shovel, rake, post hole digger, etc.), installing silt fence and using small equipment.
• Sweep and mop trailer floor, clean work area and wash trucks
• Flag vehicles in and out of the construction site
• Learn, follow, and promote all safety regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
