Description

Onesta General Contracting LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Construction Laborer to join our team in Tukwila, WA. This role is essential in supporting our mission to deliver high-quality commercial and multifamily renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a background and genuine interest in construction, be self-driven, team-oriented, and ready for a career in this field. Your commitment to customer satisfaction, continuous growth, and operational efficiencies will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

1. Demolition and daily job site clean-up
2. Receive materials and supplies, check packing slips, and confirm orders, noting any discrepancies
3. Deliver materials and supplies between our shop and various job sites
4. Maintain general job site inventory and organize on-site storage
5. Participate in team meetings, safety meetings, and job site meetings
6. Lift up to 80–100 lbs as needed throughout an 8-hour shift
7. Keep job sites, trailers, and vehicles clean and orderly
8. Work directly with the site superintendent and project manager

Qualifications

• Valid WA State Driver’s License
• Operational vehicle for daily use
• Strong commitment to quality
• Effective communication skills, willingness to ask for help, curiosity
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
• Familiarity with the construction industry
• Knowledge of basic hand tools
• Willingness to learn and be mentored

Compensation

$20 - $22 hourly
