This position involves performing various duties on a construction site as directed by site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties such as spotting trucks, using hand tools (shovel, rake, post hole digger, etc.), installing silt fence, and using small equipment.
• Sweep and mop trailer floors, clean work areas, and wash trucks.
• Flag vehicles in and out of the construction site.
• Learn, follow, and promote all safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum one-year experience in construction or a similar environment preferred.
• General knowledge of construction and mechanical equipment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Work Environment & Conditions

• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Ability to climb, maintain body equilibrium, reach, grasp, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to hear and see naturally or with correction.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Exposure to loud noises and atmospheric conditions such as fumes, dust, gases, or poor ventilation.
• Work may be required indoors and outdoors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure and changing environments.
