Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Construction Laborers to support residential demolition and remodeling projects. You will perform manual demolition of residential structures including removal of drywall, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, etc., and support remodeling efforts including framing, insulation, drywall, and basic carpentry as required. This position plays a critical role in preparing homes for renovation by executing a variety of demolition, cleanup, and build-back tasks. Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in skilled trades. Must speak and understand English. Bilingual (English/Spanish) .

Qualifications:

• Prior construction or demolition experience but not required

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks

• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills

• Basic understanding of safety practices in a construction setting
