Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is hiring Installers to travel to residential or commercial sites and install foundation and water management systems. You will troubleshoot, test equipment, and clean up after installation, working with a team and receiving robust training.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and hands-on problem solving in varying conditions. This is a frontline position offering growth opportunities within a growing company that values internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load and deliver heavy materials to and from job sites.
• Enter crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and follow safety standards.
• Follow instructions and uphold company policies and values.
• Support team goals and maintain professionalism on site.
• Assist with additional tasks to ensure project success.
• Report to work on time as an essential function.

Installers are responsible for traveling to a residential or commercial building to install equipment, troubleshoot problems with the work assigned, test the equipment, and clean up the job after completion.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back‑filling trenches, and site clean‑up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
• It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.
