IQ Resource Group in Manitowoc is seeking energetic General Construction Helpers to support a local construction company. The role involves helping the crew with daily tasks, loading materials, and traveling to job sites.

Wage is $20.00/hr with hours from 7:00am to 3:30pm; end times may vary by project. Candidates should be reliable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have a valid driver's license. Duties are performed both indoors and outdoors as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, twist, bend and stand for long hours.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must have Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assist crew leader throughout the day in various construction projects
• Help your crew load materials, tools and equipment into the company vehicle.
• Travel with your crew to the job site to complete the job.
• Perform manual labor to prepare or finish sites, such as shoveling material by hand
• Loading and unloading materials
• Measure and verify levels of rock, gravel or other excavated materials
• Operate hand and power tools of all types and a variety of other equipment
• Complete each job with high quality and attention to detail.
• Work inside and outside in the elements depending on the extent of the job being done.
• Any other duties as assigned
• Qualified Candidates must be reliable and willing to work
