TPG Pressure, Inc. in South Beloit, IL is seeking a General Laborer to join our 1st shift crew. Starting pay is $17.31/hour with staged increases to $21.51/hour after 90 days.

You may earn overtime and a retirement contribution of $2.16/hour, with potential annual earnings around $62k–$80k depending on overtime and performance. This is a union position with full health and welfare benefits through the union fund, plus optional company benefits.

General Laborer — $17.31 to $21.51/hour in 90 daysThompson Pipe Group – Pressure · South Beloit, IL · 1st Shift · No experience neededPay$17.31/hour to start$18.71/hour after 30 days$20.11/hour after 60 days$21.51/hour after 90 days— the full Laborer rate, and it is set by contract, not by a review.Plus $2.16 for every hour you workpaid into your retirement account after 30 working days. About $4,500 a year. You pay nothing toward it.Time and a half after 8 hours in a day, not just after 40 in a week.Double timeon Sundays and holidays.Sign-on Bonus: $100 bonus after 30 days, $200 at 60 days, and $300 at 90 days.Most of our laborers work 15 to 17 hours of overtime a week. Once you are at $21.51, that overtime plus the retirement moneycomes to about $76,000 to $80,000 a year. During your first 90 days it comes to $62,000 to $65,000 annualized. Hand tools and power tools. Moving materials.Hot in summer, cold in winter, and not air conditioned. Lifting 35 pounds and up. Hard hat, ear protection and steel-toe boots required.
